BIDDERS Eligibility Criteria

1. The bidder should have VAT / CST Registration. Copy of same shall be attached along with the bid.
2. The bidder should be Authorized Dealer / Distributor of the item(s) they want to quote, for which they have to submit the valid Authorized Dealership / Distributorship Certificate. Without Authorized Dealership / Distributorship Certificate, the bids are liable to rejection (Form T1).

Note:

1.       All the details and the supportive documents for the above mentioned criteria should be submitted in eligibility section in the bid.

2.       The Bidder will have to submit their physical sealed bid with the heading “Bid for the purchase of Cables, Connectors and DVD Players for SATCOM Studio for BISAG, Gandhinagar” on or before the date & time of submission of the bid. There shall be separate envelop in the sealed main cover having non refundable Bid Processing Fees of Rs. 5,00/- & Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.) as mentioned in the Annexure A with the heading “Bid Processing Fees & EMD in the tender for the purchase of Cables, Connectors and DVD Players for SATCOM Studio for BISAG, Gandhinagar”.  Bid Processing fees & E.M.D. must be in the form of Demand Draft in the name of “Gujarat Informatics Ltd.” payable at Gandhinagar along with the covering letter. Please affix the stamp of your company on the overleaf of demand draft.
